SESSION AVAILABILITY...

Where possible, please try and reserve the same day/time each week

If you work shifts/split week schedules, please let me know so I can try and book around your schedule

I strongly recommend that you select a Day and Time that suits you each week. I will reserve that time slot as yours, which you can change anytime, with no less than 24 hours notice. If you find yourself ever free OFF PEAK (9am-5pm) please book in for these times where possible as the gym is less busy and more chilled out during the daytime hours.

Typical Personal Training Session Times

An early session of 7am and late session of 9pm is occasionally available

if you are unable to make any of the other times listed

Mondays: 12pm - 9pm

Tuesdays: 8am - 9pm

Wednesdays: 8am - 9pm

Thursdays: 12pm - 9pm

Fridays: 8am - 9pm

Unavailable Saturdays, Sundays all day, and Monday mornings

Unfortunately I am away visiting family Saturdays-Mondays, returning for sessions each Monday afternoon.

Can't see your ideal days or times?

Tell me what your schedule is like, as I know the working hours of most of my clients, so it may be I can move some sessions around so I can accommodate your preferred times.

Remember that sometimes people cancel or reschedule their sessions too. So let me know what times you would like, and I text/call you straight away if something becomes available.

TOP RECOMMENDED TIP!

Always pack your gym kit in your car or work bag. Or keep a gym kit bag at your work place. That way you can train on days where you didn't expect too. It's also good to keep a second fresh gym kit handy too, just in case you forgot to put your kit in the wash. Don't give yourself any reasons to skip your training :)
