Making a Payment

Please ensure you make payment for your Personal Training sessions or services before they begin. This can either be at the start of your session, before it begins, or payment can be made in advance.

You can save money by purchasing a Block or Package. This also saves you having to make a payment every individual session, and also allows you to make a personal commitment to your health, fitness and nutrition goals.
