Gym Membership

Gym membership is required for you to have PT Sessions at the Gym Group on Portland Street. This is only £22.99/month (£10 Joining Fee). You'll get 24/7 access to the gym, No Contract, and full access to the gym classes.

Off Peak, Student & Multi-Site memberships are also available

The perfect opportunity for you to meet me, discuss your goals in more detail, and take a look around the gym. I will also measure your body composition, and take a look at your posture on the day too, with no obligation to get started.

In the meantime, you're welcome to share your goals with me via my Online Consultation Form if you prefer. I'd recommend the more detailed form, however it you are short on time you can fill out my 'quick' consultation form instead...

Transformation Packages

The 12 week packages (60min sessions) are perfect for those looking for a set time frame to achieve their goal. Depending on the time frame of your goals, you can of course continue longer than the 12 weeks. If something prevents you training during those 12 weeks, such as illness, a holiday, etc don't worry, we'll pause and continue as soon as your back.

TIP: You'll get the best value when paying for a 12 week package up front.
