You'll be coached throughout your fitness journey via a specialised and dedicated easy to use app you can download to your smart phone or device. You can also access it online.

Getting started...

Your fitness journey will begin with an initial consultation, usually by phone, to find out more about you and your goals.

Once you have chosen and purchased your Online Training Package,  you will be emailed a link to set up your account and download the app you will be using throughout your training.

From here, as your Personal Trainer, Ben will get set to work to design you your first Personalised workout plan tailored specifically to you.

You'll be following a health and fitness journey with lots of tasks and activities to follow and track on the Calendar in your app, all of which will edge you closer and closer to your goals.

Not everyone lives in, or can get to Manchester City Centre easily. Maybe you don't have the time outside a busy work and social lifestyle to get to a gym, maybe you have children you need to stay at home and care for, or perhaps 121 Personal Training sessions are outside your budget.

Online Personal Training either on your PC/Laptop or your Smart Phone allows you the freedom to train anywhere in the world, with the guidance from a real life Personal Trainer.

You will be taken through a holistic journey not only to improve your fitness and reach your physical goals, but you'll also learn how to maximise your nutrition for ultimate health and faster results, whilst also discovering functional medicine concepts which will rid you of the majority of health issues and discomforts.

Personalised Programme

You'll receive a personalised programme tailored to your specific goals and requirements. Your programme will be progressed as your fitness and strengths improve so you get guaranteed results.

Video Demonstrations

Each exercise scheduled into your routine will come with a video demonstration and instructions so you fully understand how to perform each exercise.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is a key essential area you will be looking at if your serious about getting fast and long lasting results, not only in the way you look, but also how you feel and your overall health. Full nutrition coaching and diet plans are provided. You'll also be able to track your diet and receive feedback.

On-Going Support

You will be supported by your Ben, your Personal Trainer all throughout your training. You'll receive motivational support and encouragement, and always have someone to turn to when you have questions or are unsure. You'll be able to contact at any time via email or via the training app.

121 Face to Face Consulting

You will also have the opportunity to speak to Ben, your PT, via Skype, Face Time or similar, and also discuss your progress in detail to ensure you are constantly on track to getting results.

MyFitnessPal Intergration

You'll have the option be able track your food intake with, which will link the app to your Calendar so you can track your calories, and also so Ben, your PT can see exactly what you have been eating and drinking and give you feedback.

  • 4 Weeks of Basic Nutrition Coaching with step by step instructions 3 times per week over 4 weeks to improve your diet and eat healthier.
     

  • Visual Assessment of your Body Commposition from your optional Starter Photo. Using any scales you have at home or the gym you can also track your body stats, with graps via your PT training app.

  • 1 x 30minute video or audio call to speak with me about your progress at any point throughout your 4 weeks for up to 30 minutes. This is optional but recommended and can be scheduled any time throughout your 4 weeks.

12 Week Package - £125

Key Features Include:

  • 3 x Personalised Fitness Programme with video demonstrations of every exercise accessably via a dedicated Personal Training app and your own login area and training zone. I will create you a new fitness programme every 4 weeks in level with your fitness abilities, goals and preferences.
     

  • 4 Weeks of Health Advice & Tips with step by step guidance over the 4 weeks of how to become more active and improve your health, wellness, energy and mood.
     

  • 12 Weeks of Essential Nutrition 101 Coaching via my Personal Training app. I will aim to coach you on 3 different nutrition topics every week, without it been a chore or long endless read.
     

  • 12 Weeks of Nutrition Coaching via Email summerising the 3 main topics covered via your PT app, with further reason, informative recommended videos, educational resources, special offers, competitions, interesting facts, artciles and more.
     

  • Visual Assessment of your Body Commposition from your optional Starter Photo. Using any scales you have at home or the gym you can also track your body stats, with graps via your PT training app.
     

  • Optional 60 minute OFF-PEAK 121 Gym Time with me at The Gym Group on Deansgate in Manchester City Centre - If you are local to Manchester, or fancy a trip over during your 12 weeks, I will gladly meet you face to face Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm OFF PEAK hours, and measure your full Body Composition, take a look at your exercise Technique and discuss any aspects of your health, fitness and nutrition in person.
     

  • 3 x 30minute video or audio call to speak with me about your progress at any point throughout your 4 weeks for up to 30 minutes on 3 separate occasions. This is optional but recommended and can be scheduled any time throughout your 4 weeks for motivation and keeping on track.
     

  • Help, Advice & Support Throughout Your Training - You can email, text or whatsapp me, or message me through the PT app at any time throughout your training and I will be happy to answer all your questions and support you any way I can.

BONUS EXTRAS

  • £10 OFF a Food Intolerance Test so you can discover what foods and liquids you are intolerant of, causing stress or weakness on your body, and any deficiencies you have in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, enzymes or supplements. Only £35 (save £10) with this package.

Step One - Get in touch...

Let's have a chat and discuss your goals in more detail. I offer a Free Online Consultation - Click Here where you can fill out your details and basic goal info online, and we can also discuss your your goals, fitness past and present, your nutrition, your health, etc either on the phone, via face chat or by email if you prefer.

This is a no obligation to get started with Online/Smart Phone Training folowing a Free Consultation. I would like you to have the opportunity to get to know me as your Personal Trainer, learn about exactly what you can expect, and it will provide me with the opportunity to get the essential information I need to create you Personalised Fitness Programmes and support you throughout your training.

Step Two - Select Your Package

Select between either a 4 Week Plan (1 Month) £50 or a 12 Week Plan (3 Months) £125 save £125.

 

The most popular package is the 3 month 12 Week Transformation Online Package. You will get the most out of this package, which will include all the additional features listed above and will give you so much information and knowledge, providing better results guarenteed if your willing to apply the knowledge and work hard.

With individual 121 PT sessions costing £40/session, this is a great option for saving money, or if you can't make it to my gym.

Step Three - Get started on your holistic fitness journey...

Once you have had your Consultation with me and have purchased your chosen package, you will be emailed a special link to your email which you can access on your desktop, tablet or smart phone to download the fitness app we will both use to manage your whole Online/Smart Phone Personal Training experience.

You will be following a Personal Training Journey Check List I will provide you, with fun and effecitve tasks and activities you can follow to get the most out of your Online Personal Training experience. By following this you will never be left at a loss of what you should be doing.

 

You will also be able to track your progress and follow your journey via the calendar on your app. You'll receive notifications of things to do and try on various days to totally transform your health, nutrition, fitness and happiness.
