Requires a hair sample which will be sent off for analysis, with results coming back within 1-2 weeks. You will discover what foods you are intolerant too, causing stress or weaknesss on your body. You'll also learn what nutrient deficiencies you have, also causing stress or weakness on your body. I will coach you on how to resolve any issues that come back on your food report.
How Does Online PT Work?
You will be trained via a dedicated Personal Training app you can download to your smart phone / device. We will also keep in touch via text, whatsapp or any other preferred communication methods. You'll also have the option to jump on a zoom call with me whenever you need that additional motivational chat or any direct support or guidance.
You will benefit from a holstic all-round approach to your goals, addressing your health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle from a number of different angles, including improving your mental well-being, confidence and mood.
What Is Included?
You will receive Personalised Fitness Programmes tailored to your specific goals and requirements, with or without equipment. For each exercise you will be able to view Exercise Tutorial Videos.
You will get a Calendar on my PT App where I will help you schedule your training sessions, add your body stats and more. Each workout you'll be able to mark as complete, so I can see when you do a workout, and rate each workout out of 10 for intensity, so I can see how you find each workout, and when your ready to progress.
Full Nutrition Coaching is provided, including tailored meal plans, calorie & macro goals, over 300 healthy recipe ideas and more.
Alongside your Fitness Training and Nutrition, you will also learn how to become the very best version of yourself and improve your Health & Wellness too, physically, mentally and emotionally.
