Please note this is NOT a relaxation style massage. Deep Tissue Sports Massages are a much more vigourous style of massage geared towards athletes and sports-people with tight muscles. Also suitable for those with poor posture, and muscle aches and niggles caused by poor posture and over-training. Feel free to get in touch if you are unsure about anything, or would like to discuss your massage needs first.
 
Sports Massages currently take place at my home in Ancoats, Manchester City Centre, due to current Covid-19 restrictions in the gym.
