The healthiest diet you can follow isn't so much a diet. A diet often refers to something that is restrictive. It's a healthy way of eating and drinking, not only to supply your body with the essential energy needed for every day life, but to also supply all the essential nutrients needed on a cellular level for your body to function properly and stay fit and healthy.
A healthy Paleo diet should consist of everything the body needs to function, which include healthy slow release (low glycaemic) carbohydrates, lean sources of protein and natural healthy fats. Your diet should also include an adequate intake of water, as this is essential for every function of the body. Without enough water, your body simply won't be able to function as effectively as it could, which will hinder your results.
As a general rule, you should avoid anything that is packaged or processed in any shape or form. In the majority of cases, if it comes from a factor, the chances are it has been processed, or has had things added to it, in an attempt to make it taste better or prolong shelf life. Stick with healthy natural whole foods as close to their original form as possible.

Dietary Analysis (3 or 7 Days)
To fully understand how to change your diet for the better, you can fill out a 3 or 7 day food diary. This is where you record everything you eat and drink for up to a week. This will allow me as your Personal Trainer to tell you where you can improve and maximise your results through your dietary intake. It also allows you to realise just what and how much you eat and drink - often you won't realise until you see it in person.
